柴枳平肝汤联合促胃动力药治疗功能性消化不良

Effect of Chaizhipinggan Decoction combined with motility stimulant on TCM Syndrome Score in patients with functional dyspepsia

目的探讨柴枳平肝汤联合促胃动力药对功能性消化不良(FD)患者中医证候积分的影响。方法选取我院2018年1月至2019年5月收治的FD患者86例,随机数字表法分为观察组(n=43,柴枳平肝汤联合促胃动力药治疗)与对照组(n=43,促胃动力药治疗)。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后中医证候积分、胃泌素(Gas)、胃动素(MTL)、生长抑素(SS)。结果观察组总有效率93.02%高于对照组76.74%(P<0.05);治疗4周后观察组嗳气、食少纳呆、脘痛、脘腹胀满评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗4周后观察组血清Gas、MTL水平高于对照组,血清SS水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论柴枳平肝汤联合促胃动力药可有效缓解FD患者临床症状,调节胃肠功能,疗效显著。

Objective To investigate the effect of Chaizhipinggan Decoction combined with motility stimulant on the syndrome score of functional dyspepsia(FD).Methods eighty-six FD patients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to May 2019 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(n=43,Chai Zhiping Gan Decoction combined with moxibustion for stomach)and control group(n=43,moxibustion for stomach)by random number table method.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score before and after treatment,and gastrointestinal function indicators(Gas,MTL,and SS)of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 93.02%,which was higher than 76.74%in the control group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of belching,hypogastric regurgitation,abdominal distension and fullness in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the serum Gas and MTL levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the serum SS levels were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Chaizhipinggan Decoction combined with motility promoting stomach medicine can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of FD patients,regulate gastrointestinal function,and have a significant effect.
