摘要
本研究通过介绍美国大学理事会(The College Board)各管理机构的管理职能,总结大学理事会管理特点,据此对我国中国教育学会的CAP(Chinese Advanced Placement)课程管理提供一些有益启示。分析发现,大学理事会在人才管理上具有民主严谨、灵活互通的特点,在管理机构设置上兼具空间有效与专业的深度。此外,在课程研究管理上他们还注重学术化和实践的科学性。这些对我国CAP课程管理的启示是:设立代表三方共同利益的CAP课程管理机构,构筑CAP课程管理的共建平台;着重参与高中的CAP课程管理,完善CAP课程质量评估体系等。
This paper introduces the management functions of the governing bodies of the College Board and summarizes its characteristics.Based on this,it provides some useful enlightenment to the Chinese Advanced Placement(CAP)course management.It is found that the management characteristics of the College Board are democratic and rigorous,flexible and communicative management,management organization with effective space and professional depth,academic and practical scientific curriculum research management.The enlightenment to the CAP course management is to establish a management organization that represents the common interests of the three parties,build a co-construction platform for CAP course management,focus on the CAP course management in high schools,and improve the CAP course quality evaluation system.
