摘要
目的:调查护士对失独家庭面临困境、影响因素及应对措施的认知现状。方法:采用一般资料调查表和护士对失独家庭面临困境、影响因素及应对措施的认知的调查问卷,调查某三级甲等综合性医院263名临床护士。结果:护士对失独家庭面临困境、影响因素及应对措施的认知得分均分在7.8以上;单因素分析结果显示,是否接触过或护理过失独父母的护士对失独家庭面临困境、影响因素及应对措施的认知得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);是否听说过失独父母和是否接受过失独护理培训的护士对失独家庭面临困境及应对措施的认知得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:护士对失独家庭面临困境的认知水平高,应发挥护士在失独家庭关爱中的重要作用。
Objective:To investigate the cognitive status of nurses to families with lost only child facing difficulties,influencing factors and coping measures.Methods:A total of 263 clinical nurses in a grade A general hospital were investigated by means of general data questionnaire and questionnaire of nurses′cognition of the difficulties,influencing factors and coping measures faced by the families with lost only child.Results:The average score of nurses′cognition of the families facing difficulties,influencing factors and coping measures was over 7.8.The results of univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences between the cognitive scores of nurses to families faced difficulties,influencing factors and coping measures who had been exposed to and nursed parents with lost only child(P<0.05,P<0.01).There was a statistically significant difference between the cognitive scores of the nurses who had heard of parents with lost only child and the nurses who received the training of nursing with lost only child to the families facing difficulties and coping measures(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:Nurses have a high level of cognition to the difficulties faced by the families with only one child lost,and nurses should play an important role in the care of the families with only one child lost.
