基于常用药物性味归经的慢性骨髓炎用药规律研究

Research on the Character,Taste,and Channel Tropism of Common Drugs in Chronic Osteomyelitis

目的从慢性骨髓炎常用药物的性味归经入手探讨其用药规律。方法查阅近15年治疗慢性骨髓炎的有效医案,通过统计学方法统计药物出现的频次、频率,并对常用50味药物的性味和归经进行分析。结果寒性药最多,出现19次,占38%。温性药次之,出现18次,占36%。入肝经的药物使用最多,出现30次,占60%,入肺经药物出现次之,20次占40%,其次为入脾经和心经的药物,分别为19次和18次,各占38%和36%。结论辛温扶阳、益气养血入肝经和脾经类药物为首选药物,苦寒和甘寒类药多用于配伍以清热解毒。配伍入心经的药物以化瘀止痛是必要补充。

Objective To investigate the character,taste,and channel tropism of common drugs of chronic osteomyelitis.Methods To consult the effective medical records of treating chronic osteomyelitis in the past 15 years,count up the number of times and calculate the frequency of drugs by statistical method,and analyze the character,taste,and channel tropism of 50 commonly used drugs.Results Cold medicine were the most,appearing 19 times,accounting for 38%.Thermophilic drugs followed,appearing 18 times,accounting for 36%.Drugs that entered the liver meridian were the most frequently used,appearing 30 times,accounting for 60 percent,followed by those that entered the lung meridian for 20 times,accounting for 40 percent,followed by drugs entering the spleen meridian and heart meridian,19 and 18 times,respectively 38%and 36%.Conclusion Xin Wen Fu Yang,YiqiYangxue into liver meridian and spleen medicinal drugs are the first-choice drugs.Bitter cold and sweet cold drugs are mostly used in clearing away heat and detoxify.The combination of heart meridian drugs to remove stasis and relieve pain is necessary supplement.
