基于数据挖掘探讨范德辉教授治疗腰椎间盘突出症的用药规律

Analysis on the Regularity of Professor Fan Dehui′s Drug Use for Lumbar Disc Herniation Based on Data Mining Methods

目的探讨范德辉教授治疗腰椎间盘突出症的用药规律,为临床中应用中药治疗腰椎间盘突出症方面提供更多思路。方法收集2018年6月—2019年6月期间广东省第二中医院针灸康复科143例门诊及住院患者的221份电子病历,采用频数、频率分析、层次聚类分析以及因子分析等方法进行药物分析。结果有13味中药频率超过50.00%,14味频率在10.00%~50.00%之间,42味频率小于10.00%,根据聚类分析,27味中药可分为7大类,以主成分分析法提取出12个公因子。结论范德辉教授治疗腰椎间盘突出症常从肝、脾、肾论治,治法以祛风除湿、补益肝肾、活血化瘀、健脾益气为主,多采用补益药、活血化瘀药、祛风湿药作为主要组方药物。

Objective To analyze the Chinese medication regularity and experience of Professor Fan Dehui on Lumbar Disc Herniation,and provide more ideas for clinical treatment.Methods 143 cases including 221 electronic medical records for Lumbar Disc Herniation treated by Professor Fan Dehuiin the Department of Acupuncture and Rehabilitation of the Guangdong Second Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were collected.Frequency analysis,relative frequency analysis,Hierarchical Cluster analysis and factor analysis were used to analyze and evaluate the Chinese medicine regularity.Results 13 herbs were used with a frequency over 50.00%.The frequency of14 Chinese herbal medicines is between 10.00%and 50.00%,and the frequency of 42 Chinese herbal medicines is less than 10.00%.According to cluster analysis,27 herbs could be divided into 7 types with Hierarchical Cluster analysis.Then 12 common factors were extracted by principal composition analysis method.Conclusion The regularity of Chinese medication of Professor Fan Dehui for Lumbar Disc Herniation is based on the liver,spleen,and kidney.The main treatment methods are dispelling wind and eliminating dampness,tonifying the liver and kidney,promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,invigorating spleen and supplementing qi,and uses the tonifying drugs,invigorating blood stasis drugs,wind dampness drugs as the main prescription drug.
