增液补气化瘀清热汤治疗便秘的临床研究

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Constipation with Zengye Buqi Huayu Qingre Decoction

目的观察增液补气化瘀清热汤治疗便秘的临床疗效,以及改善腹胀、食欲差、头晕、乏力、心烦等症状的效果。方法以2018年5月—2020年5月在北京市通州区中西医结合医院中医科门诊运用增液补气化瘀清热汤治疗便秘的38例患者为研究对象,统计观察治疗1周、治疗2周后患者便秘及腹胀、食欲差、头晕、乏力、心烦等症状情况。结果治疗1周后,治疗有效率86.84%,治疗2周后,治疗有效率达到94.74%,增液补气化瘀清热汤治疗便秘,患者便秘状况明显改善。治疗1周与治疗2周比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗效果方面比较接近、疗效相对稳定。治疗1周后部分患者腹胀、饮食差、头晕、乏力、心烦等症状均减轻与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗2周后部分患者腹胀、饮食差、头晕、乏力、心烦等症状均明显减轻与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。而治疗1周与治疗2周后便秘患者腹胀、饮食差、头晕、乏力、心烦等症状比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论增液补气化瘀清热汤,无论治疗便秘,还是改善腹胀、食欲差、头晕、乏力、心烦等症状,效果明显,临床中可以参考应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Zengye Buqi Huayu Qingre Decoction in the treatment of constipation,as well as the effect of improving abdominal distension,poor appetite,dizziness,fatigues,upset and other symptoms.Methods From May 2018 to May 2020,38 cases of constipation were treated with Zengye Buqi Huayu Qingre Decoction to treat constipation in the outpatient department of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Tongzhou District Hospital of Traditional Chinese and Western medicine in Beijing.Statistical observation was performend for Treatment 1 week and 2 weeks patients who have stool and abdominal distension,poor appetite,dizziness,fatigue,upset and other symptoms.Results After 1 week of treatment,the effective rate of constipation was 86.84%,and after 2 weeks of treatment,the effective rate of constipation reached 94.74%.Zengye Buqi Huayu Qingre Decoction was used to treat constipation,and the patient′s constipation was significantly improved.There was no statistically significant difference between treatment for 1 week and treatment for 2 weeks(P>0.05).The treatment effect was relatively close and the effect was relatively stable.After 1 week of treatment,some patients′abdominal distension,poor diet,dizziness,fatigue,upset and other symptoms were all relieved.Compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,some patients had abdominal distension,poor diet,dizziness and fatigue Symptoms such as irritability and upset were significantly reduced compared with those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).However,there was no statistically significant difference between the symptoms of constipation,abdominal distension,poor diet,dizziness,fatigue,and upset after 1 week of treatment and 2 weeks of treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Zengye Buqi Huayu Qingre Decoction is effective in treating constipation and improving symptoms such as abdominal distension,poor appetite,dizziness,fatigue,and upset.It can be referred in clinic.
