雌激素的周期波动对穴位和经络敏感性的影响

The periodic fluctuation of estrogen level on the sensitivity of points and meridians

目的观察在月经周期的不同时段,穴位和经络敏感性的变化。方法本试验对20位志愿女性进行了研究。将一个月经周期分为四个时段。每个时段对右太溪、左三阴交轮流针刺,并用红外热成像仪测出针刺前后各部位皮温变化。结果穴位和经络敏感性在排卵前期最差,此后逐渐增强。经期是穴位和经络敏感性最强的时段。结论穴位和经络敏感性与雌激素水平呈负相关,而与肌肉交感神经活性(MSNA)呈正相关。

Objective To observe the change of sensitivity of points and meridians in different phases of menstruation.Methods In this experiment,20 women volunteers were included.A menstrual cycle was divided into four phases.In each phase,acupuncture was performed on right Taixi(KI 3)and left Sanyinjiao(SP 6)alternately.The change in skin temperature before and after acupuncture was measured with an infrared thermal imaging.Results The sensitivity of points and meridians was the lowest in pre-ovulatory phase,and then it would gradually increase.The menstrual period had the highest the sensitivity of points and meridians.Conclusion The sensitivity of points and meridians is negatively correlated with the level of estrogen,while it is positively correlated with the muscle sympathetic nerve activity(MSNA)
