习近平总书记在党的十九大报告中明确指出:“人民健康是民族昌盛和国家富强的重要标志”。医疗保障作为构建健康保障体系的核心内容,在保障群众基本医疗服务需求,化解参保群众疾病风险,提升全民健康水平中发挥了重要作用。面对这次新冠肺炎疫情的暴发,医疗保障部门及时响应,第一时间出台了一系列保障政策,有力支持了抗击疫情的阻击战。本文梳理了医保部门在抗击疫情中的政策举措,分析了医保推动公卫与医疗服务融合存在的问题,就推进医疗保障和医药卫生服务高质量协同发展,全方位、全周期保障全民健康,提出几点建议。

In the report to the 19th CPC National Congress,General Secretary Xi clearly pointed out that the health of the people is an important symbol of the prosperity of the nation and the country.Healthcare security as the core content of the health security system,plays an important role in ensuring the people's basic medical services,resolving the risk of diseases cost among insured people,and improving the health of the whole people.Facing the COVID-19,the healthcare security authorities responded in a timely manner and issued a series of safeguard policies,which strongly supported the fi ght against the epidemic.This paper summarizes the policies and measures taken by the healthcare security department,analyzes the problems existing in the integration of public health and medical services promoted by medical insurance,and puts forward some suggestions to promote the coordination and high-quality development of healthcare security and medical services,and to ensure the health of the whole people.
