从临床角度解读2019年版国家医保目录营养制剂有关规定 被引量:1

摘要 2019年,国家医保局联合人社部发布了《国家基本医疗保险、工伤保险和生育保险药品目录(2019年版)》。2019年版国家医保药品目录实现了药品结构明显优化,重大疾病保障能力明显提升;同时对规范临床合理用药起到积极指导作用,尤其是凡例十八条、十九条进一步明确了营养制剂的医保支付原则。本文结合近年关于肠外肠内营养的研究进展,对2019年版国家医保目录营养相关内容进行深入解读,以供医保相关部门及医务工作者参考。 In 2019,the National Medical Security Bureau and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security jointly issued the National Catalogue of Drugs for Basic Medical Insurance,Industrial Injury Insurance and Maternity Insurance(2019 Edition).The adjustment of this catalogue has made phased progress and has played a certain guiding role in standardizing clinical rational drug use.In particular,Articles 18 and 19 of the Regulations further clarify the principle of medical insurance payment for nutrition preparations.Based on the research progress on parenteral and enteral nutrition in recent years,this paper makes an in-depth interpretation of the nutritionrelated contents of the 2019 edition of the National Medical Insurance Catalogue for reference and study by relevant healthcare security departments and medical workers.
