门诊管理对综合医院新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的防控

Outpatient Management for Prevention and Treatment of COVID-19 in General Hospitals

目的探讨加强门诊管理在新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情防控中的作用。方法采用流程管理理论,进行疫情时期就诊流程再造,建立发热患者“关隘式”筛查哨口,开展多种形式的卫生宣教活动,普及防控COVID-19的知识,严格实施COVID-19医院感染预防与控制制度。结果初步筛查有发热和(或)呼吸道症状、流行病学史患者118例,按防控要求由专人护送至发热门诊。未出现发热患者误诊,门诊医务人员、患者未发生院内交叉感染。结论COVID-19疫情期间,门诊部应认真执行对进入门诊人员的“关隘式”筛查制度和工作流程,保证各项预防措施落实到位,有效地切断院内的交叉感染。

Objective To explore the role of strengthening outpatient management in the prevention and treatment of new coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19).Methods Using the process management theory,medical treatment process was reconstructed to establish a“pass”screening checkpoint for febrile patients during COVID-19 outbreak.Meanwhile,various forms of health education activities were carried out to popularize the knowledge of COVID-19,and the prevention and treatment of nosocomial infection were implemented strictly.Results There were 118 patients with fever and/or respiratory symptoms and epidemiological history.They were escorted to the fever clinic by special personnel.No patients with fever were misdiagnosed,and no cross-infection occurred in medical staff and patients.Conclusion During the epidemic of COVID-19,the outpatient department should seriously implement the“pass”screening system and work procedure to ensure the implementation of preventive measures and to avoid the cross-infection in hospital.
