改善哺乳期女性乳腺问题的临床观察

Clinical observation on improving breast problems of lactating women

目的 探讨哺乳期女性的乳汁不足和乳汁淤积两类常见疾病的食疗产品的功用和临床疗效.方法 针对气血不足导致的乳汁不足、因乳腺分泌不畅或乳汁排泄不畅引起的乳汁淤积,研制两组食疗产品组合物,选取我科门诊2019年1-12月门诊患者,乳汁不足者30例,为A组,予口服增乳宝,乳汁淤积者30例,为B组,予口服通乳宝,通过观察相关病例的临床数据,分别比较治疗前后的积分.结果 通过积分统计分析得出,乳汁不足的患者服用食疗产品后,乳汁分泌量增加,乳汁淤积的患者服用食疗产品后,乳汁排出通畅,均有明显疗效.结论 此两种食疗产品分别具有促进泌乳和疏通乳络、通畅乳汁的功效,利于哺乳期母乳喂养及产后康复,对哺乳期妇女恢复、新生儿健康成长具有良好的促进作用.

Objective To investigate the function and clinical efficacy of diet therapy products for lactating women with two common diseases of hypogalactia and galactorrhea. Methods In view of hypogalactia caused by insufficiency of qi and blood,and galactorrhea caused by poor secretion of breast or blocked excretion of milk,two groups of diet therapy product compositions were developed.From January to December 2019,outpatients with hypogalactia were selected as group A(n=30) and given oral Zengrubao,while outpatients with galactorrhea were selected as group B(n=30) and given oral Tongrubao.By observing the clinical data of related cases,the scores before and after treatment were compared respectively. Results Through statistical analysis on the scores,it was concluded that the breast secretion of patients with hypogalactia increased after taking diet products,and the milk excretion of patients with galactorrhea was smooth after taking diet products,which both had obvious curative efficacy. Conclusion These two diet therapy products have the efficacies of promoting lactation,dredging breast collaterals and smoothing milk excretion,which are beneficial to breastfeeding during lactation and postpartum rehabilitation,and have a good promotion efficacy on the recovery of lactating women and the healthy growth of newborns.
