当归芍药散联合西药在肝气犯胃型慢性胃炎中的应用价值

A survey of the application value of Danggui Shaoyao Powder combined with western medicine in chronic gastritis caused by stomach disorder due to liver Qi invading

目的 探讨当归芍药散联合西药在肝气犯胃型慢性胃炎中的应用价值.方法 选取我院2017年1月-2019年1月收治的80例肝气犯胃型慢性胃炎患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组40例和观察组40例.对照组进行常规西医治疗,观察组则进行当归芍药散联合西药治疗.比较两组的临床总有效率、症状缓解时间、治疗前后的症状体征评分、胃电参数.结果 观察组的临床总有效率显著高于对照组,症状缓解时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗前两组的症状体征评分、胃电参数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组的症状体征评分、胃电参数均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 当归芍药散联合西药在肝气犯胃型慢性胃炎中的效果较好,且对胃电参数有积极的影响,因此在本类胃炎患者中的应用价值较高.

Objective To explore the application value of DSP combined with western medicine in chronic gastritis caused by stomach disorder due to liver Qi invading. Methods 80 patients with chronic gastritis caused by stomach disorder due to liver Qi invading admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the research subjects and were divided into the control group(40 cases) and the observation group(40 cases) according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the observation group was treated with DSP combined with western medicine.The clinical total effective rate,symptom relief time,symptom and sign scores before and after treatment,and electrogastrogram parameters of the two groups were compared. Results The clinical total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the remission time of symptoms was shorter than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the symptom and sign scores and electrogastrogram parameters between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05).After treatment,the symptom and sign scores and electrogastrogram parameters of the observation group were both better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion DSP combined with western medicine has a better effect on chronic gastritis caused by stomach disorder due to liver Qi invading and exerts positive effect on electrogastric parameters,so it has a higher application value in patients with this type of gastritis.
