安胃疡胶囊联合胃苏颗粒对慢性胃炎患者炎性因子水平的影响

Effects of Anweiyang capsule combined with Weisu granules on inflammatory factor level in patients with chronic gastritis

目的 探讨安胃疡胶囊联合胃苏颗粒对慢性胃炎患者炎性因子水平的影响.方法 选取2016年8月-2018年12月我院收治的86例慢性胃炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为常规组和观察组,各43例.其中常规组患者给予三联疗法(埃索美拉唑镁肠溶片+替硝唑片+阿莫西林)进行治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上辅以安胃疡胶囊联合胃苏颗粒进行治疗.比较两组患者治疗后的临床疗效及幽门螺杆菌(Hp)根除情况,分析治疗前后的胃泌素、胃动素水平,炎性因子水平.结果 观察组患者的总有效率为97.67%,显著高于常规组的79.07%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患者的Hp根除率为81.40%,显著高于常规组的51.16%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患者治疗后的胃泌素、胃动素,IL-32、EGF、TGF-β1水平均显著低于常规组;NO水平高于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 应用安胃疡胶囊联合胃苏颗粒对慢性胃炎患者进行治疗,效果显著,明显提高Hp根除率,降低胃泌素、胃动素水平,调控炎性因子水平,值得广泛推广.

Objective To investigate the effects of Anweiyang capsule combined with Weisu granules on inflammatory factor level in patients with chronic gastritis. Methods 86 patients with chronic gastritis admitted and treated at our hospital from August 2016 to December 2018 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into the conventional group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 43 patients in each group.Among which,patients in the conventional group were treated with triple therapy(esomeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets + tinidazole tablets + amoxicillin),while patients in the observation group were treated with Anweiyang capsule combined with Weisu granules on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy and eradication of helicobacter pylori(Hp) after treatment were compared between the two groups of patients,and the levels of gastrin,motilin and inflammatory factors before and after treatment were analyzed. Results The overall response rate of patients in the observation group was 97.67%,which was significantly higher than that in the conventional group(79.07%),with statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).The Hp eradication rate of patients in the observation group was 81.40%,which was significantly higher than that in the conventional group(51.16%),with statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).The levels of gastrin,motilin,IL-32,EGF and TGF-β1 in patients after treatment in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group;while the level of NO was higher than that in the conventional group,with statistically significant difference(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of Anweiyang capsule combined with Weisu granules in the treatment of patients with chronic gastritis has a significant effect,which significantly improves the Hp eradication rate,reduces the levels of gastrin and motrin,and regulates the inflammatory factor level,which is worthy of extensive promotion.
