整体护理对尿毒症维持性血液透析合并营养不良患者的影响

Effects of holistic nursing on patients with uremia maintenance hemodialysis complicated with malnutrition

目的 研究在尿毒症维持性血液透析合并营养不良患者护理中,给予整体护理的效果价值.方法 选择我院2016年4月-2019年4月接收的96例尿毒症维持性血液透析合并营养不良患者为研究对象,通过随机数字表法选出对照组和研究组,每组患者48例,对照组患者予以常规护理,研究组患者予以整体护理,比较两组患者的护理效果.结果 相比于对照组,研究组患者护理后的营养不良发生率要显著更低(68.75%vs.43.75%,P<0.05);相比于对照组,研究组患者的各项生活质量评分显著更高(P<0.05).结论 在尿毒症维持性血液透析合并营养不良患者护理中,整体护理可显著改善患者的营养不良状况及生活质量.

Objective To study the effect and value of holistic nursing in patients with uremia maintenance hemodialysis combined with malnutrition. Methods A total of 96 patients with uremia maintenance hemodialysis combined with malnutrition received in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2019 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into the control group and the study group by the random table number method, with 48 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the study group was given holistic nursing. The nursing effects were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the incidence of malnutrition in the study group was significantly lower after nursing(68.75% vs 43.75%, P < 0.05). Compared with the control group, the quality of life scores of the study group patients were significant higher(P < 0.05). Conclusion In the nursing of patients with uremia maintenance hemodialysis combined with malnutrition, holistic nursing can significantly improve the malnutrition status and quality of life for patients.
