摘要
近年来,高职教师的科研能力、人才培养能力和服务社会职能均被弱化,这一问题也体现在高职教师绩效评价体系上。该文在参考企业绩效考核方式的基础上,基于模糊层次分析法,结合绩效考核重要指标,建立高职教师模糊综合评价模型和绩效考核指标评价体系,旨在为高职教师绩效评价理论和实践提供有效参考,从而更好地激发教师的积极性,促进高职院校科学发展。
In recent years,these competences for higher vocational teachers to implement the scientific research,cultivate the talent and serve for society have been weakened,which is also reflected by the performance evaluation system of higher vocational teachers.Based on the enterprise performance evaluation mechanism,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation mode and performance appraisal index evaluation system for higher vocational teachers is built by the fuzzy and analytic hierarchy process and combined with the important indicators of performance evaluation in this paper,aiming at providing effective reference for higher vocational teachers’performance evaluation in terms of theory and practice,finally so as to stimulate the enthusiasm of teachers and also promote the scientific development of higher vocational colleges.
