基于产教融合的高职财会专业群智慧财经人才培养研究

Research on the Cultivation of Intelligent Financial and Economic Talents for Finance and Accounting Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on Integration of Production and Education

通过对产教融合的智慧财经人才培养现状分析可知,目前高职院校存在课程体系不适应、课程资源不适应、教学团队不适应、深入产教融合缺乏有效载体等问题,高职院校可构建"德技兼修、育训并举"的智慧财经人才培养课程体系、建设"育德训技、智能递进"的任务驱动式课程资源、打造"专兼结合、科教融合"的"双师型"教师团队、成立"共享技术、育训结合"的产教融合协同创新中心等发展路径,以提升智慧财经人才的培养质量。

This paper analyzes the current status of the cultivating the intelligent financial talents based on the integration of industry and education.The result of the analysis shows that some problems are existed in higher vocational colleges,the curriculum system,resources and the teaching team are not adapted,the in-depth integration of production and education lack of effective carrier and so on.Hence,the colleges should,firstly,construct the curriculum system of intelligent financial and economic talents training,which combined the education and the training,and also united the virtue training and skill training.Secondly,the task-driven curriculum resources should be built,which focuses on the progress of the moral education and the training skills.Thirdly,a"double-qualified"teaching team combined with part-time teachers,should be created,which focuses on the integration of science and education.Finally,a collaborative innovation center based on the integration of production and education should be established,those of that aims to enhance the training quality of intelligent financial and economic talents.
