从旅游扶贫角度探析农村发展理论与实践

Analysis of the Theory and Practice of Rural Development from Perspective of Tourism Poverty Alleviation

新时期,中国农村减贫形势发生了重要的变化,如何确保贫困人口稳定脱贫成为实现贫困地区脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴有效衔接的重要内容。该文以稳定脱贫长效机制的相关理论作为研究基础,从可持续生计、可行能力、脆弱性等三个角度对农村贫困现状进行分析。以旅游扶贫为研究视角,对旅游扶贫产业发展实践进行梳理,对存在的问题和薄弱环节提出可行性对策,同时对旅游扶贫产业发展的重要意义及未来发展方向进行预判,旨在为深化贫困地区产业发展与开发程度,提升涉及产业发展的各类生产要素的组织水平和组织模式提供分析角度和理论基础。

In the new era,important changes have taken place in China’s rural poverty reduction situation,hence,how to ensure the stable realization of poverty alleviation of the poor population has become an important part of the effective connection between poverty alleviation in poverty-stricken areas and rural revitalization.Based on the theory of long-term mechanism of stable poverty alleviation,this paper analyzes the current situation of rural poverty from these perspectives of sustainable livelihood,feasible capacity and vulnerability,and also lot of feasible countermeasures to deal with these problems in the progress of tourism poverty alleviation industry are put forward,finally,the significance of the development of tourism industry for poverty alleviation and anticipation of the future development direction is concluded,those of that aims at providing analysis and the theoretical basis for deepening poverty region industry development that involves all kinds of production factors of organization level and mode.
