摘要
在介绍TB/T 3111—2017《电气化铁路用铜及铜合金绞线》绞线绞合结构的基础上,推导出不同绞合结构绞线的平均绞入系数、单位质量、单位直流电阻计算公式。分析绞合结构对绞线单位质量、单位直流电阻的影响,得出绞线节径比或螺旋升角越小,绞线单位质量、单位直流电阻越大的结论。计算得出典型绞线单位质量、单位直流电阻和计算系数最大值和最小值,为绞线团体标准、企业标准、企业生产工艺的制定及质量控制和新产品研发计算提供依据。
Based on the introduction of stranded structure in TB/T 3111—2017 Copper and copper alloy stranded conductors for electric railway,the calculation formulas of average stranded coefficient,unit mass and unit DC resistance of twisted strands of different structures are deduced.The influence of stranded structure on unit mass and unit DC resistance of strand is analyzed,and the conclusion is drawn that the smaller the lay ratio or spiral angle of strand is,the larger the unit mass and unit DC resistance of strand is.The maximum and minimum values of unit mass,unit DC resistance and calculation coefficient of typical strand are calculated,which provide basis for the formulation of group standard,enterprise standard,enterprise production process,quality supervision and new product R&D.
