钢轨闪光焊出现电极灼伤的原因与控制措施

摘要 针对目前钢轨闪光焊出现电极灼伤的情况,阐述其产生原理及危害,分别从与焊机电极接触的钢轨表面状态、焊机电极残留的焊渣或其他异物、焊机电极工况、焊机设备4个方面,分析电极灼伤出现的原因。提出控制钢轨闪光焊出现电极灼伤的具体措施:加强除锈工位作业标准化,及时清理焊渣,经常查看并及时更换电极,定时保养、检修焊机,加强对焊接接头钢轨焊接曲线的监控力度,强化第三方设备监督。 Aiming at the rail flash welding electrode burn condition,this paper expounds the formation principle and its harm.The causes of electrode burns were analyzed from four aspects:rail surface state in contact with the welding electrode,residual slag or other foreign matter of the welding electrode,working condition of the welding electrode,and welding equipment.Electrode burn control specific measures are raised as to strengthen the standardized procedure for descaling station,clean welding slag in time,check regularly and replace electrode in time,regular maintenance and repair welding machine,to strengthen the monitoring of welding joint rail curve,reinforcement of the thirdparty equipment supervision.
