摘要
铁路货车车体采用耐大气腐蚀钢和不锈钢等新材料,推行以气体保护焊为主导的焊接工艺,但缺乏科学的焊丝工艺定额。通过焊接试验得到2种焊丝转熔系数和熔敷金属密度,计算不开坡口单面对接焊缝、不开坡口双面对接焊缝和不开坡口角焊缝的熔敷金属横截面积,确定焊丝工艺定额。通过生产实践,对比焊丝工艺定额与实际消耗,得出如下结论:批量产品焊丝实耗量与工艺定额基本吻合;试制产品、小批量产品焊丝实耗量比工艺定额略高,可按照工艺定额1.05倍给出。
New materials,such as atmospheric corrosion resistant steel and stainless steel,are used in the manufacture of railway freight cars.The metal active gas arc welding is the leading welding technology,but it is lack of scientific welding wire quota.By welding test,two kinds of welding wire transfer coefficient and metal density were obtained,and the cross-section area of weld metal deposition was calculated for single butt weld without groove,double butt weld without groove and fillet weld without groove,so as to determine the welding wire technology quota.Through production practice and comparison of welding wire process quota and actual consumption,it is concluded that the mass consumption of welding wire of batch products is basically consistent with the process quota,the mass consumption of trial-produced products and small-batch products is slightly higher than the process quota,according to the process norm 1.05 times the coefficient can be given.
