弯曲半径对液压制动软管使用寿命的影响 被引量:2

摘要 设计不同弯曲半径下液压制动软管的台架试验,研究弯曲半径对液压制动软管使用寿命的影响。结果表明:液压制动软管能承受的台架试验循环次数与液压制动软管的使用寿命呈正相关性;随着安装时液压制动软管弯曲半径的增大,液压制动软管在台架试验中的循环次数增大,使用寿命延长;为了保证液压制动软管的使用寿命,建议安装Φ3.2mm液压制动软管时的弯曲半径不小于25 mm。 The bench tests of hydraulic brake hose under different bending radius were designed to study the influence of bending radius on the service life of hydraulic brake hose.The results showed that,the correlation between the number of cycles that hydraulic brake hose could bear in the bench test and the service life of hydraulic brake hose was positive.With the increase of bending radius of hydraulic brake hose during installation,the number of cycles of hydraulic brake hose in bench test increased and the service life was prolonged.In order to ensure the service life of hydraulic brake hose,it was recommended that the bending radius ofΦ3.2 mm hydraulic brake hose during installation should not be less than 25 mm.
