摘要
研究模量增强剂HMZ在实心轮胎胎芯胶中的应用。试验结果表明:在实心轮胎胎芯胶中以5份模量增强剂HMZ等量替代炭黑N660,胶料门尼粘度减小,挤出和压延工艺性能改善;硫化胶300%定伸应力大幅提高,硬度增大,拉断永久变形减小,压缩疲劳温升降低,拉断伸长率有所降低,拉伸强度、撕裂强度和耐热空气老化性能变化不大,胶料综合性能提高;成品实心轮胎耐久性能提高。
The application of modulus enhancer HMZ in the core compound of solid tire was studied.The results showed that,by using 5 phr modulus enhancer HMZ to replace equal amount of carbon black N660 in the core compound,the Mooney viscosity of the compound decreased,extrusion and calendering properties were better,modulus at 300%elongation was improved significantly,hardness increased,permanent tensile set and compression fatigue temperature rise decreased,tensile strength,tear strength and heat aging resistance changed little,and elongation at break decreased.The comprehensive property of core compound and the durability of finished solid tire were improved.
