摘要
介绍12R22. 5 18PR BY711高速型全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径1 079 mm,断面宽294mm,行驶面宽度230mm,行驶面弧度高7mm,胎圈着合直径569. 5mm,胎圈着合宽度230mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)1. 04,采用纵向直沟花纹变节距设计,花纹深度17 mm,花纹饱和度74. 85%,花纹周节数94。施工设计:胎面采用全分层结构,胎体采用3×0. 24+9×0. 225CCHT钢丝帘线,带束层采用3层带束层加0°带束层结构,1#和2#带束层采用2+7×0. 30ST钢丝帘线,3#带束层采用5×0. 35HI钢丝帘线,0°带束层采用3×7×0. 20HE钢丝帘线;采用一次法三鼓成型机成型,双模硫化机氮气工艺硫化。成品轮胎试验结果表明,成品轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能均满足设计和国家标准要求。
In this paper,the design on 12 R22. 5 18 PR BY711 high-speed truck and bus radial tire was introduced. In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1 079 mm,crosssectional width 294 mm,width of running surface 230 mm,arc height of running surface 7 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 569. 5 mm,bead width at rim seat 230 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H1/H2) 1. 04,longitudinal straight groove pattern with variable pitch,pattern depth 17 mm,block/total ratio 74. 85%,and number of pattern pitches 94. In the construction design,the following processes were taken:fully layered tread,3×0.24 + 9×0. 225 CCHT steel cord for carcass,3 layers of belt with additional 0° belt,2 + 7×0. 30 ST steel cord for 1# and 2# belt,5×0. 35 HI steel cord for 3# belt,3×7×0. 20 HE steel cord for 0° belt,using one-stage three-drum building machine to build tire and nitrogen process of double mold vulcanizer to cure tire. It was confirmed by the finished tire test that,the inflated peripheral dimension,strength performance and endurance performance met the requirements of the design and national standards.
