摘要 分析挤出胎面气孔的形成机理并结合生产实践提出相应的解决措施。机头温度过高、挤出速度过快、原材料中水分和挥发分含量较大、热炼时混入空气、供胶不足及机头内部压力不足等是胎面气孔产生的主要原因,分析时既要考虑内在因素(如胶料配方),也要考虑外在因素(如挤出机温度、挤出速度等),选择内、外因素的最佳结合点才是提高胎面挤出质量的关键。添加加工助剂GE3082可以有效降低胶料的挤出温度,增大挤出速度,减小主机电流,降低能耗。 The formation mechanism of pores in extruded tread was analyzed and the corresponding solution measures were proposed with consideration of the production practice. The main causes of forming tread pores were that the temperature of the extrusion head was too high,the extrusion speed was too fast,the water and volatile content in the raw materials were large,air was mixed into the compound during hot melting,the compound feeding was insufficient,and the internal pressure of the extruder head was insufficient. In the analysis,both internal factors(such as rubber compound formula) and external factors(such as extruder temperature,extrusion speed,etc.) were considered,and the key to improve the quality of extruded tread was combination of optimized internal and external factors. It was found that by adding processing aid GE3082,the extrusion temperature was effectively reduced,the extrusion speed increased,and the electric current of host machine and energy consumption were reduced.
