摘要
反应堆主螺栓拉伸机用于反应堆压力容器安装及换料大修期间完成压力容器密封和解密封操作,是换料大修期间的关键设备。第三代非能动核电项目采用单体式螺栓拉伸机,操作较为复杂。目前,国内相关核电项目已有采用分段式整体螺栓拉伸机替代原设计单体式螺栓拉伸机,以缩短大修工期的设想。通过对分段式整体主螺栓拉伸机与单体式主螺栓拉伸机拉伸过程对比,进一步论证其可行性和在缩短大修工期、减少辐照剂量方面的优越性,并对其吊装和合理分段提出建议。
The reactor main bolt tension machine is used to complete the sealing and unsealing operation of the reactor pressure vessel during the installation and refueling overhauling,and is the key equipment during the refueling overhaul period.Single stud drawing machine was used in passive nuclear power project,and its operation was complicated.At present,some domestic nuclear power projects have adopted the idea of replacing the single stud tension machine in the original design with segmented multi-stud tension machine to shorten the overhauling period.By comparing the operation process of the segmented multi-stud tension machine and that of the single stud tension machine,the feasibility of its application in advanced passive nuclear power and the advantages of its application in shortening the overhaul period and reducing the radiation dose to personnel were further demonstrated,and suggestions for its hoisting and reasonable segmentation were put forward.
