摘要
选取特定工况下截止阀中的波纹管为例,建立有限元模型,实测波纹管材料化学成分和经过固溶处理后的力学性能,并对其进行相关强度校核计算,材料化学成分和力学性能满足相关标准要求。当截止阀中波纹管平面失稳后,给出了其结构保护措施。应用Solidworks Simulation对波纹管进行有限元分析计算,以确保波纹管设计合理,截止阀使用安全,为设计与优化波纹管截止阀提供参考。
Taking the bellows in the globe valve under specific conditions as an example,a finite element model was established,the chemical composition of the bellows material and the mechanical properties after solution treatment were measured,chemical composition and mechanical properties of the material met the relevant standards.When the plane of the bellows in the globe valve was unstable,its structural protection measures were given.The finite element analysis and calculation of the corrugated pipe were performed using Solidworks Simulation to ensure that the bellows was designed reasonably and the globe valve is safe to use,thus providing reference for design and optimization of bellows globe valve.
