摘要
为了找到在管道应力分析软件CAESAR II中建立膨胀节模型的最优方式,文中以安装于空间Z形管道中的复式拉杆型膨胀节为例,采用两种建模方法(简单模型法和复杂模型法),并通过CAESAR II软件计算分析,对不同规格系列的膨胀节分别按两种方式进行建模和应力计算。从计算结果中提取出关键节点处的约束反力进行分析,结论为:两种建模方式均起到了降低应力和力矩的效果。在此基础上分别提出两种建模方法的优点和适用范围,以及在管系中建立膨胀节模型的建议。
In order to find the best way to establish the expansion joint model in the pipeline stress analysis software CAESAR II,this article takes the double tie rod type expansion joint installed in the space Z-shaped pipeline as an example,and adopts two modeling methods(simple model method and complex).Calculation and analysis through CAESAR II software,are used to model and stress the expansion joints of different specifications and series in two ways.The constrained reaction forces at key nodes are extracted from the calculation results for analysis.The conclusion is that both modeling methods have the effect of reducing stress and torque.On this basis,the advantages and scope of application of the two modeling methods are proposed,as well as suggestions for establishing expansion joint models in the piping system.
