摘要
为提高赵庄煤矿煤炭资源采出率,预在23101巷进行迎回采面留小煤柱沿空掘巷技术试验,通过数值模拟分析确定了合理的煤柱宽度为8.0 m,借鉴相关矿井的经验,确定了23101巷的最佳支护方案,现场应用效果表明:掘巷期间巷道顶底板相对移近量最大为72 mm,两帮相对移近量最大为87 mm;工作面回采期间,顶底板相对移近量约为228 mm,两帮相对移近量约为257 mm,围岩控制效果显著,留小煤柱迎回采面沿空掘巷技术应用效果良好。
In order to improve the recovery rate of coal resources in Zhaozhuang Coal Mine,the technical test of gob-side entry driving with small coal pillars remaining in the heading face was carried out in lane 23101.The reasonable coal pillar width was determined to be 8.0 m by numerical simulation analysis,and the experience of related mines was used for reference,the best supporting scheme of 23101 roadway is determined.The field application results show that the maximum relative displacement of roof and floor is 72 mm and the maximum relative displacement of two sides is 87 mm,and the relative displacement of roof and floor is about 228 mm during mining face,the relative distance between the two sides is about 257 mm,and the control effect of surrounding rock is remarkable.
