摘要
胰腺癌是迄今为止人类实质脏器中恶性程度较高的肿瘤之一,起病隐匿,发展速度快,五年生存率极低。组织激肽释放酶家族中多名成员被报道与胰腺癌的发生发展有关,其可能作为胰腺癌的潜在治疗靶点,探讨该家族相关成员与胰腺癌的关系具有一定的临床意义。
Pancreatic cancer is one of the most malignant tumors in human parenchymal organs by far,with the characteristics of insidious onset,rapid development and extremely low five-year survival rate.Several members of the tissue kallikrein family have been reported to be related to the occurrence and development of pancreatic cancer;they may be potential therapeutic targets for pancreatic cancer.This article reviews the relation between tissue kallikrein family and pancreatic cancer.
