Treatment of malignant tumor by warming and tonifying spleen and kidney

目的探讨温补脾肾法治疗恶性肿瘤的临床疗效及理论。方法以温补脾肾为主,辅以化痰祛湿、化瘀散结治疗晚期恶性肿瘤。结果以温补脾肾为主,辅以化痰祛湿、化瘀散结治疗晚期恶性肿瘤,显著改善患者的临床症状,提高生存质量,延长生存期。结论温补脾肾法治疗晚期恶性肿瘤疗效肯定,体现了中医辨证论治的优势。

Objective To explore the clinical effect and theoretical discussion of warming and tonifying spleen and kidney in the treatment of malignant tumor.Methods The advanced malignant tumor was treated by warming and tonifying spleen and kidney,assisted by removing phlegm and dampness,removing blood stasis.Results The treatment of advanced malignant tumor with warming and tonifying spleen and kidney,removing phlegm and dampness,and removing blood stasis could improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve their quality of life and prolong the survival period.Conclusion The method of warming and tonifying spleen and kidney is effective in the treatment of advanced malignant tumor.
