2019年,全省水利工程运行管理系统以水利工程运行高质量管理为引领,以国家级、省级水管单位创建为抓手,以精细化管理为方向,以工程安全运行为根本,扎实做好运行管理各项工作,圆满完成年度目标任务。2020年要从观测监测、精细化管理全覆盖、水管单位达标创建、确保水利工程运行安全、改进资金使用方式、推进水文化建设等方面着手,加快实现江苏水利工程运行管理高质量发展。

In 2019,taking the high quality management of water conservancy project operation as the guide,the establishment of national and provincial water conservancy units as the starting point,the fine management as the direction and the safe operation of the project as the foundation,the operation and management system of provincial water conservancy project had done a good job in all aspects of operation and management,and successfully completed the annual target and task.In 2020,we should accelerate the high quality development of the operation and management of water conservancy projects in Jiangsu from the aspects of observation and monitoring,fine management,establishment of standard water management units,ensuring the safety of water conservancy projects,improving the way of using funds,and promoting the construction of water culture,and so on.
