苹果ANR基因沉默的原因分析

Analysis of Causes of an ANR Gene Silencing in Apple

摘要 检测了一个具有紫黑色果肉的苹果的ANR基因,发现了该基因被沉默。为了分析其沉默的原因,通过试验分析了该启动子序列上的顺式作用元件、内含子序列、外显子序列等的变异。结果表明,其ANR基因沉默可能是由内含子产生的变异引起,上述研究结果为今后的进一步研究打下了基础。 The ANR gene of an apple with purple-black pulp was detected,and it was found that the gene was silenced.In order to analyze the causes of ANR gene silencing,the variations of cis-acting elements,intron sequences and exon sequences on the promoter sequence were experimentally studied.The results indicated that the ANR gene silencing may be caused by the variation produced by the intron.The above results laid a foundation for further research in the future.
