摘要
利用高效液相色谱法测定麻黄鱼腥草散中盐酸麻黄碱和盐酸伪麻黄碱的含量。采用C18柱(5μm,4.6 mm×150 mm),在室温下,以乙腈-0.02 mol/L磷酸溶液(5∶95,V/V)为流动相,检测波长210 nm,流速1.0 mL/min。结果表明,盐酸麻黄碱在5~200μg/mL范围内,线性关系良好(R2=0.9999),平均回收率为92.13%,相对标准偏差为2.93%;盐酸伪麻黄碱在5~200μg/mL范围内,线性关系良好(R2=0.9999),平均回收率为93.64%,相对标准偏差为4.05%。本方法简单快捷,精密度好,可用于控制麻黄鱼腥草散中盐酸麻黄碱和盐酸伪麻黄碱的含量。
The contents of ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride in Mahuang Yuxingcao powder were determined by HPLC.Using C18 column(5μm,4.6 mm×150 mm)at room temperature,acetonitrile-0.02 mol/L phosphoric acid solution(5∶95,V/V)was used as mobile phase,the detection wavelength was 210 nm,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The result showed that the linear range of ephedrine hydrochloride was 5-200μg/mL(R2=0.9999),the average recovery was 92.13%and the relative standard deviation was 2.93%.The linear range of pseudoephedrine hydrochloride was 5-200μg/mL(R2=0.9999),the average recovery was 93.64%and the relative standard deviation was 4.05%.The method is simple,rapid and accurate,and can be used to control the content of ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride in Mahuang Yuxingcao powder.
