摘要
细胞遗传学实验是本科遗传学教学中的重要内容,但由于课时的限制往往无法全部完成。在对现有遗传学实验教材进行分析的基础上,按照模块化设计将细胞遗传学核心实验分解为染色体诱变技术、染色体标本制备技术、染色体分析技术3个模块,在此基础上开展综合性、设计性实验教学,以期为提高细胞遗传学实验教学质量提供参考。
Cytogenetics experiment is an important content in undergraduate genetics teaching,but due to the limitation of class hours,it is often impossible to complete all of them.Based on the analysis of the existing genetics experiment textbooks,the cytogenetics experiment was decomposed into three modules of chromosome mutagenesis technology,chromosome specimen preparation technology,and chromosome analysis technology according to the modular design.On this basis,comprehensive,designed experimental teaching was carried out,so as to provide references for improving the quality of cytogenetics experimental teaching.
