摘要
机械传动装置的振动噪声与许多因素有关,传统研究方法很难进行振动噪声优化设计。本文采用多目标优化设计方法开展考虑间隙与摩擦的机械传动装置的低噪声稳健性设计,基于正交试验设计与响应面法获得6个目标的响应曲面,结合NSGA-Ⅱ算法对响应面模型进行优化,极大提高了运算速度。最后得出了优化点并进行了结果验证。
The vibration noise of mechanical transmission device is related to numerous factors,it is difficult to optimize the design of vibration noise through traditional research methods.In this paper,the multi-objective optimization design method is used to carry out the low-noise robust design of the mechanical transmission device considering clearance and friction.based on the orthogonal experimental design and response surface method,the response surfaces of six targets are obtained.The response surface model is then optimized with NSGA-Ⅱalgorithm,which greatly improves the operation speed.Finally,the optimization points are obtained and the results are verified.
