海洋核动力平台高频舱室噪声预报与治理对策

摘要 为使我国独立研制的首艘海洋核动力平台舱室噪声满足船级社入级标准及舱室舒适性要求,结合船舶声学设计指标要求,在方案设计阶段,采用统计能量分析法对平台舱室噪声进行建模及仿真预报,根据预报结果及噪声源贡献量分析,提出核动力平台舱室空气噪声的治理对策—工程控制的技术措施与行政控制的管理措施,使核动力平台的工作区域和生活区域舱室噪声满足中国船级社《船舶及产品噪声控制与检测指南》的指标要求,为核动力平台的顺利入级提供依据。 In order to make the cabin noise of marine nuclear power of first independently developed in china to meet the classification society standard and cabin comfort requirements,combined with the requirements of acoustic design stage,the statistical energy analysis was used to analyze the cabin noise of platform.Based on the prediction results and noise source contribution analysis,the cabin noise control measures of marine nuclear power platform was proposed,which included technical measures of engineering control and management measures of administrative control,leading the noise of working area and living cabins to meet the index requirements of CCS guidelines for noise control and detection of ships and products.The analysis provided basis for successful classification of marine nuclear power platform.
