摘要
为确定促进苗木生长的生长调节剂,通过采用不同规格容器杯、不同基质和不同生长调节剂(PP333、NAA、GA3)处理,开展了油料香樟苗木培育试验。结果表明:不同植物生长调节和不同容器杯育苗,对香樟苗木高生长的影响差异极显著,以赤霉素240 mg·L^-1水溶液处理、无纺布容器杯5 cm×9 cm、60%黄心土+30%泥炭土+10%堆沤后的谷壳组成的基质,为香樟苗木培育最佳组合处理,可以达到壮苗的标准。
In order to find out the growth regulators to promote the growth of seedlings,the cultivation experiments of oil camphor Cinnamomum camphora and different growth regulators(PP333,NAA,GA3).Results show that the different plant growth regulators and a different container seedling,the growth of seedling nursery stock Cinnamomum camphora extremely significant difference,the influence of the aqueous solution with gibberellic acid 240 mg·L^-1 processing,non-woven container cup 5 cm×9 cm,60%yellow subsoil+30%peat+10%matrix composed of piled husk,wich is the optimal combination for Cinnamomum camphora seedling cultivation,and can achieve the standard of seedling.
