飞行和潜水对一种新型通用型牙本质粘接剂粘接强度的影响

摘要 目的观察在飞行和潜水条件下一种新型通用型牙本质粘接剂(all bond universal,ABU)粘接强度的变化。方法选取人体90颗完整前磨牙,制备标准的近中-颌-远中洞型,使用ABU粘接剂用酸蚀-冲洗法粘接技术,在其上堆砌FihekTM P60树脂。分为3组各30颗跟随飞行、潜水及实验室放置后,所有样本经过1000次冷热循环,品红染色48 h,体视显微镜下观察比较各组微渗漏情况。结果在飞行和潜水后,材料与牙体之间的微渗漏都有增加,但差异显著性不明显。结论这种新型通用型牙本质粘接剂具有较高的粘接强度,可以用于飞行员和潜水员的牙体缺损修复治疗。 Objective To observe the changes in bond strength of dentin after application of a novel universal dentin adhesive(All Bond Universal, ABU) under the conditions of flight and diving. Methods A total of 90 intact human premolars were selected to prepare the standard mesio-occluso-distal(MOD) cavities, then FiltekTM P60 resin was applied to the cavities with ABU adhesive using acid etching and rinsing technique. All premolars were divided into three groups, with 30 each. Each group was placed under the conditions of flight, diving, and laboratory, respectively. All samples were subject to 1000 hot and cold cycles and stained with fuchsine for 48 hours. The microleakage of each group was observed and compared under a stereomicroscope. Results Either group placed under the conditions of flight or diving had increased microleakage between the material and tooth, with no significant difference. Conclusion This novel universal dentin adhesive has high bond strength and can be used for the restoration of dental defects in pilots and divers.
