便携式微型整枝机的设计计算

Design and Calculation of Portable Micro Pruning Machines

摘要 针对人工林立木整枝机的现状及存在的问题,设计了一款用于人工林立木作业的便携式微型整枝机。为了满足切削刀具轴高速旋转的要求,在电机与切削刀具之间采用二级传动方式,即一级带传动,二级锥齿轮传动;完成了整枝机结构图设计,进行了传动机构的设计与计算,最后利用ANSYS进行了关键零部件的校核。分析结果表明,传动机构零部件设计合理,满足预期要求,该设计对人工林立木整枝机的研发具有一定的实际意义。 In view of the present situation and existing problems with artificial stand pruning machines,a portable micro pruning machine was designed for artificial stand.In order to meet the requirements of high-speed rotation of the cutting tool shaft,a two-stage drive mode was adopted between the motor and the cutting tool,i.e.one-stage belt drive and two-stage bevel gear drive,with the structural diagram of the pruning machine designed and the transmission mechanism designed and calculated,the key components checked using ANSYS.The analysis results show the rational design of transmission mechanism parts and compliance with the expected requirements.The design is of certain practical significance for the research and development of artificial forest pruning machines.
