智能瓷砖美缝机器人的设计

Design of Intelligent Tile Beauty Sewing Robot

本文设计并制作了一款智能瓷砖美缝机。针对家庭装修中涉及到的瓷砖美缝场景,拟设计智能化的瓷砖美缝机器人代替人工实施美缝工作。该机器人采用模块化设计,分为循迹行驶底盘和车载打胶机两个独立的模块。在对地砖美缝时,除了人为添加美缝剂外,其余的均可由美缝机器人独立完成。

This paper designs and makes an intelligent ceramic tile sewing machine.In view of the beautiful tiling scenes involved in family decoration,an intelligent robot for beautiful tiling is proposed to replace manual work.The robot adopts modular design and is divided into two independent modules:a tracking chassis and a vehicle-mounted glue dispenser.When the floor tiles are sewed,the rest can be independently finished by the sewing robot except that the sewing agent is artificially added.
