两岸农产品贸易互补性分析

Analysis on the Complementarity of Cross-strait Agricultural Product Trade

【目的/意义】虽然两岸农产品贸易发展势头越来越好,但依旧存在着一些问题和阻碍,对双边农产品贸易互补性进行研究,旨在促进两岸农产品贸易的高质量发展。【方法/过程】基于2018年联合国商品贸易数据库(UN Comtrade)的数据,在对两岸农产品贸易现状分析的基础上,对大陆与台湾农产品的RCA指数、TCI指数、TII指数及GL指数进行测算,从所有农产品和具体类别的农产品两个角度,分析两岸农产品的贸易互补性。【结果/结论】研究发现,虽然两岸在一些农产品贸易上存在竞争性,但在大部分农产品上均存在较强的贸易互补性,双边可以在果蔬、糖类、植物纤维、奶类制品等互补性较强的农产品上开展更为深入的贸易合作,以此实现贸易潜力的发展和贸易空间、规模的拓展。

【Objective/Meaning】Although the development momentum of cross-strait agricultural product trade is getting better and better,there are still some problems and obstacles.In order to promote the high-quality development of cross-strait agricultural product trade,it is particularly necessary to conduct a detailed study on the complementarity of bilateral agricultural product trade.【Methods/Procedures】Based on the data of UN Comtrade in 2018,on the basis of analyzing the current situation of cross-strait agricultural product trade,the RCA index,TCI index,TII index and GL index of cross-strait agricultural products were calculated,and the trade complementarity of cross-strait agricultural products was analyzed from the perspectives of all agricultural products and specific agricultural products.【Results/Conclusions】The study found that although both sides of the Taiwan Straits were competitive in the trade of some agricultural products,there were strong trade complementarities in most agricultural products.Therefore,both sides of the Taiwan Straits could carry out much deeper trade cooperation in the agricultural products with strong complementarities such as fruits,vegetables,sugars,plant fibers,dairy products,etc.,so as to achieve the development of the potential for trade and the expansion of trade space and the scale.
