摘要
通过对160 km/h交流传动客运内燃机车机油热交换器,在规定6种工况下,传热系数、换热量和压力损失随水侧流量和油侧流量变化进行试验,得出如下结论:水侧流量变化对传热系数、换热量影响不大;增大油侧流量可以提高传热系数和换热量,但又会导致压力损失增加较快。拟合出机油热交换器换热量、换热系数和压力损失与水侧、油测流量之间的关系式,为机油热交换器结构优化及设计改进提供依据。
Based on the oil heat exchanger of 160 km/h AC drive passenger diesel locomotive,the heat exchanger co⁃efficient,heat exchanger and pressure loss are tested with the variation of water side flow and oil side flow under 6 working conditions,and it is concluded that the change of water side flow has little influence on the heat exchanger co⁃efficient and heat transfer.The increase of oil side flow can improve the heat transfer coefficient and heat exchanger,but it will lead to the rapid increase of pressure loss.The relationship between oil heat exchanger heat transfer,heat transfer coefficient and pressure loss,water side and measured oil flow rate was fitted to provide basis for oil heat ex⁃changer structure optimization and design improvement.
