摘要
为研究货物转向架的静强度与疲劳寿命,以混凝土桥梁转向架为研究对象,采用有限元法分析典型工况下的静力学,将现场试验测得结果与有限元法仿真计算结果对比,验证所建模型的准确性。仿真计算应力分布结果表明,混凝土桥梁转向架的应力集中在下架体腹板和销轴孔处,最大应力为264 MPa。在静力学分析结果基础上,对混凝土桥梁转向架进行疲劳寿命分析,结果表明,应力集中部位的寿命也相对较短,其中下架体寿命最短,寿命为6.1×10^5次。研究结果可为混凝土桥梁转向架的实际生产、检测和运用提供理论参考与依据。
In order to study the static strength and fatigue life of the cargo bogie,taking the concrete bridge bogie as the research object,finite element method was used to analyze the statics under typical working conditions,and the ac⁃curacy of the model was verified by comparing the measured results of the field test with the simulation results of fi⁃nite element method.The stress distribution results of the simulation show that the stress of the bogie of the concrete bridge is concentrated at the pin hole of axle and the lower frame board,and the maximum stress is 264 MPa.On the basis of the static analysis results,the fatigue life analysis of the concrete bridge bogie shows that the life of the stress concentrated part is relatively short,among which the life of the lower frame is the shortest,which is 6.1×10^5 times.The research results can provide theoretical reference and basis for the practical production,testing and application of concrete bridge bogie.
