湖北地方高校关于集成电路产业人才培养模式的探索

Probe into the Talents Training Mode in the Integrated Circuit Industry in Local Universities of Hubei

该文通过分析集成电路产业人才培养的特殊性,结合湖北工业大学的人才培养定位和办学方针,提出建设集成电路产业人才培养的多平台综合体系以及一系列切实可行的具体措施,对于创新湖北乃至全国的集成电路产业的人才培养机制做了有益的探索。

By combining the characteristic practice of the talent training proposal and education program of Hubei University of Technology,we propose a multi-platform integrated system and a series of practical measures for the talent development in the integrated circuit industry.It is a meaningful exploration for innovating the mechanism of the talent development of integrated circuit industry for Hubei province or even the whole nation,leading to the high-quality development of economy.
