关于地方本科高校研究生人才输送模式的研究--以韶关学院化学与土木工程学院为例

Research on the Mode of Transferring Graduate Talents in Local Undergraduate Universities:Taking the School of Chemistry and Civil Engineering of Shaoguan University as an Example

该文通过对近几年全国硕士研究生招生的录取情况进行查阅、整理、分析,了解当前硕士研究生招生考试录取比情况;并对韶关学院化学与土木工程学院研究生人才输送的成功案例进行分析、总结,探究其成功经验,提出“一个宗旨、两种激励、三全培育、四方保障”的研究生人才输送模式。

Through consulting,sorting and analyzing the enrollment situation of national master's graduate students in recent years,we can understand the current enrollment ratio of master's graduate students in enrollment examination.And this paper analyzes and summarizes the successful experience of transferring graduate talents in the School of Chemistry and Civil Engineering of Shaoguan University(former School of Chemistry and Environmental Engineering),probes into the successful experience,and puts forward the mode of transferring graduate talents with"one purpose,two kinds of encouragement,three complete cultivation and four guarantees".
