当下小微企业生存困境研究——以巢湖市为例

Research on the Survival Predicament of Small and Micro Enterprises:Taking Chaohu City as an Example

巢湖市小微企业在地方经济发展中具有重要的战略地位,吸纳了就业、稳定了增长、缩小了城乡差距、加速了城镇化道路。2020年初,一场新冠肺炎疫情(该文中简称疫情)席卷全球,来势汹汹。根据《中华人民共和国传染病防治法》的要求,各企业单位都要采取相应的措施进行疫情防控,这加剧了工业、餐饮业、旅游业等企业特别是这些行业中小微企业的生产经营困难。该文结合巢湖市小微企业的生存困境,有针对性地提出纾解对策。

Small and micro enterprises occupy an important strategic position in the economic development of Chaohu City,absorbing employment,stabilizing growth,narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas,and accelerating urbanization.At the beginning of 2020,an epidemic of novel coronavirus pneumonia swept the world menacingly.According to the requirements of the"Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases",corresponding measures must be taken by all enterprises to prevent and control the epidemic,thereby aggravating the production and operation difficulties of industry,catering,and tourism enterprises,especially small and micro enterprises in these industries.In light of the current survival predicament of small and micro enterprises in Chaohu City,this paper proposes targeted countermeasures.
