摘要 文章通过地方高校基层教学组织改革与建设,在马斯洛需要层次塔理论的指导下,围绕党和国家对振兴本科教育行动计划提出的重大部署,探讨地方高校在保持特色竞争优势的同时开展基层教学组织的改革,并通过实证的方法在某所地方医学院校设计一系列的激励关联策略,推动基层教学组织的改革与发展,实践证明基于马斯洛需要层次塔理论的激励关联策略对提升基层教学组织的改革与发展具有显著性的推动作用。 Through teaching reform and construction of the basic-level organization in local colleges,under the guidance of theory of Maslow's hierarchy of needs,according to the major deployment proposed by Chinese Communist Party and China about revitalizing undergraduate education action plan,this paperexplores the reform of the teaching organizations at the base-level while maintaining the characteristics of competitive advantage in local colleges,designs a series of incentive associated policies through empirical method in a certain local medical college,and promotes the reform and development of the teaching organizations at the base-level of teaching.The practice proved that incentive related policies based on the theory of Maslow's hierarchy of needs has a significant role in promoting teaching reform and development of organization at the base-level.
