湖南省民办高校的定位特色研究

现阶段,我国民办高校的发展面临着非常大的挑战和前所未有的机遇,在力图满足市场需求的基础上进一步优化其相关资源,在人才培养方面的定位也是更加趋向于特色化和多元化共同发展的模式。然而,从民办高校的办学发展整体上来看,依然存在着盲目“贪大、拔高”、太过注重办学营利等方面的诸多问题。只有深入分析,才能提出推动民办高校科学定位、发展办学特色的建议性策略,以促进民办高校可持续健康良性发展。

At the present stage,the development of private colleges and universities in China is faced with great challenges and unprecedented opportunities.On the basis of trying to meet the market demand,the related resources are further optimized.The orientation of talent training is also more characteristic and diversified development mode.However,from the perspective of the development of private colleges and universities,there are still many problems,such as blind"greedy,high",too much attention to the school profit.Only through in-depth analysis can we put forward some suggestions on promoting the scientific orientation and developing the characteristics of running schools of private colleges and universities,so as to promote the sustainable and healthy development of private colleges and universities.
