军校应用心理学专业硕士研究生培养方向探索

Exploration of Training Orientation of Professional Master Majored in Applied Psychology of Military Academy

加强应用心理学专业学位研究生教育是军事心理学自身发展和实现其为军服务终极目标的必由之路。通过对全军心理医生和基层部队官兵进行调查,结合军队现状,分析目前应用心理学专业硕士研究生的主体来源、学历背景、所在军事岗位的构成,提取应用心理学专业硕士研究生特征谱,探讨军队对心理工作的需求与应用心理学专业技能的关系,并提出培养建议。

Strengthening the professional graduate postgraduate education of applied psychology is the only way to develop military psychology and achieve the ultimate goal for serving the army.Through surveys conducted for the army psychiatrist and a grass-roots officers and soldiers,combining with the present situation of the army,this paper analyzes the main source,educational background,the composition of the military posts of the postgraduates majoring in applied psychology,extracts the characteristic spectrum of them.This paper discusses the relationship between the military's demand for psychological work and the professional skills of applied psychology,and puts forward some suggestions.
