实践教学对职业教育发展的重要性

职业教育是“以服务为宗旨,以就业为导向”,将以人为本、职业能力、职业精神、文化塑造等内容融合发展的教育形式。实践教学是职业教育的根本所在,是准确定位与实现人才发展目标的需要。随着市场经济的快速发展,就业形势日益严峻,2019年我国的《政府工作报告》中提出高职扩招100万,职业教育迎来了发展的春天,随之而来的就是如何实现高质量扩招,面对巨大的挑战。文章主要以理清实践教学的内涵意义为基础,剖析实践教学对职业发展的重要性,促进职业院校有效开展实践教学,提高人才培养质量,提升高职学院内涵发展水平,实现职业教育的历史使命与社会责任。

Vocational education is a kind of educational form which is based on service and oriented by employment,and integrates people,professional ability,professional spirit and culture.The practice teaching is the root of the vocational education,and it is the need to accurately locate and realize the goal of talent development.With the rapid development of the market economy,the employment situation is becoming increasingly grim.In 2019,the government work report of our country proposed that the enrollment of higher vocational education should be expanded by 1 million.The vocational education has ushered in the spring of development,and what follows is how to achieve high-quality enrollment expansion,and face great challenges.This paper is mainly based on clarifying the connotation and significance of practice teaching,analyzing the importance of practice teaching to the development of profession,promoting the effective development of practice teaching in vocational colleges,improving the quality of personnel training,and improving the connotation and development level of higher vocational colleges,vocational education's historic mission and social responsibility.
